Last updated: [16/02/2026]

By using this service, you agree to the following terms.

1. The Service

The service creates a time-stamped record showing that the text submitted by the user existed in that specific form at the time of creation.

The service does not:

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you submit, ensuring that the submitted text is accurate and appropriate, and how you use the generated proof. You must not submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

3. No Legal Guarantee

The generated proof is provided for informational and documentation purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding its acceptance by third parties, courts, or authorities.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment is required before a proof is created. Due to the digital and immediate nature of the service, all sales are final once the proof has been generated, except where refunds are required by applicable law.

5. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific proof.

7. Termination

We may suspend or refuse service if these terms are violated or if misuse is detected.

8. Governing Law

This service is provided on a global basis. These Terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and consumer protection regulations relevant to the user’s location. Where mandatory local laws apply, those laws shall prevail.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: [16/02/2026]

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store information when you use our service.

1. What the Service Does

Our service allows users to create a time-stamped record showing that a specific text existed in a specific form at a specific point in time. The service does not verify identity, delivery, receipt, or legal validity.

2. Information We Process

We process only the information necessary to provide the service:

We do not require users to create accounts and do not intentionally collect personal information such as names, addresses, or identification numbers. If personal data is included in the submitted text, it is provided solely at the user’s discretion.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process data solely for creating and verifying the requested proof, allowing users to access and re-download their proof during the retention period, and preventing fraud or handling disputes or chargebacks. We do not use submitted data for marketing, profiling, or analytics beyond basic service operation.

4. Data Retention

Submitted text and generated documents are stored temporarily for verification and access purposes. After a limited retention period (typically up to 24 months), the document content and PDF may be deleted. The cryptographic proof (hash, timestamp, and proof ID) may be retained longer, as it does not in itself identify an individual.

5. Legal Basis

We process submitted data based on the user’s explicit consent, provided before payment and proof creation.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share user data. Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider, which processes payment information independently under its own privacy policy. We use trusted third-party infrastructure providers to securely store and process data solely for the purpose of operating the service. We collect the customer´s email address via our payment provider for receipt and payment verification purposes.

7. User Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request deletion of stored document content before the end of the retention period by contacting us with your proof ID.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data against unauthorized access or disclosure.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
